Raul Santiago is one of the up and coming underground DJ's for dance and Latin Hustle music. A Hustle dancer himself, he mixes Soulful House with Disco music and is a veteran of the club scene. His philosophy on DJing is that a dance floor is a living, breathing, thing; he brings what he has, the music and atmosphere, you bring what you have, dance, and it all comes together to create an organic life for a moment in time.
